Glatzova & Co. provided comprehensive legal services to shareholders of WPC - Woodplastic, the largest local producer of wood plastic composite, in connection with the sale of a majority stake to the investment group M.L. Moran. The legal team led by partner Jan Veselý also helped to set up the framework for future cooperation between WPC - Woodplastic‘s current shareholders and M.L. Moran, with a focus on minority protection. WPC - Woodplastic was founded by Zdenek Hosticka and Miroslav Vodenka, supported by the investment company Reflex Capital.
