Moran. The legal team led by partner Jan Veselý also helped to set up the framework for future cooperation between WPC - Woodplastic‘s current shareholders and M.L. Moran, with a focus on minority protection. WPC - Woodplastic was founded by Zdenek Hosticka and Miroslav Vodenka, supported by the investment company Reflex Capital.
