GLATZOVA provided legal advice to Raiffeisenbank

GLATZOVA provided legal advice to Raiffeisenbank a.s. as lender in connection with the financing of a battery energy storage project in the municipality of Dětmarovice. The loan of up to EUR 21,000,000 will be used to cover the construction and operation costs of the project, as well as other related expenses. Our work involved the preparation and negotiation of the loan agreement and all security documentation. At the same time, we carried out comprehensive legal due diligence focused on verifying compliance with all statutory requirements and contractual rights and authorisations necessary for the construction and operation of the project. The GLATZOVA team worked under the supervision of Partner Martin Dančišin. Part of the financing work was led by Counsel Jarmila Tornová, with the support of Junior Associate Daniel Říha, while the due diligence process was led by Associate Jindřich Pastrňák.
