On 30 August, we celebrated 15 years since Jan Veselý joined our team. Since 2010, Jan has gone through all professional levels at Glatzová & Co. – from junior associate to associate, senior associate, and, since 2019, partner. Over the years, he has been involved in numerous significant M&A transactions and complex corporate restructurings.
