Glatzová & Co. advised ROUVY on the acquisition of Spanish company BKOOL

Glatzová & Co. provided comprehensive legal advisory services to ROUVY, a leading global provider of indoor cycling experiences, in connection with its acquisition of the Spanish company BKOOL. The team working on the transaction was led by law firm partner Mgr. Jiří Sixta and included coordination with the Spanish law firm Monereo Meyer Abogados. The legal support covered the preparation and negotiation of transactional documentation, due diligence of the target company, and assistance with other aspects of the cross-border transaction. With over 250,000 active subscribers, ROUVY holds a strong position in the market for realistic indoor cycling applications. This acquisition further strengthens its presence in key European regions, particularly Spain, France, and Denmark, where BKOOL has a solid user base. BKOOL’s technology for converting GPX files into 3D virtual routes complements ROUVY’s own platform and its Route Creator tool. BKOOL will continue to operate as an independent brand within The ROUVY Group.
