Glatzová & Co. advised the Jan Hotels group on the acquisition of the Pentahotel Prague

We provided comprehensive legal advice to the Jan Hotels group in connection with the acquisition of the four-star Pentahotel Prague, located in Prague's Karlín district and offering 227 rooms. The hotel has since undergone a rebranding and now operates under the name Pulse8 Hotel. With this transaction, Jan Hotels continues to implement its growth strategy in the Czech market. Pulse8 Hotel is the sixth hotel in its portfolio, following the acquisitions of Hotel Carol and BOOKQUET (formerly Hotel Leonardo) in Prague, in which the Glatzová & Co. team also played a key advisory role. Glatzová & Co.'s advice to Jan Hotels included legal due diligence, the preparation and negotiation of comprehensive transactional documentation, assistance with closing the transaction and related post-closing steps, as well as negotiation of acquisition financing provided by UniCredit Bank.
