Glatzová & Co. advised the GreatStar Group

Glatzová & Co. advised the GreatStar Group, one of the world's largest hand tool manufacturers on the acquisition of the Behrens Group, focused on manufacturing and selling professional fastening solutions operating in more than 15 jurisdictions, including the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Advice in this international transaction led by the German law firm Hengeler Mueller included, besides legal due diligence process and the assessment of antitrust aspects of the transaction, also drafting and negotiating the local transaction documents. The transaction was successfully closed by Glatzová & Co. Czech and Slovak team lead by Managing Partner Vladimíra Glatzová and Slovak Partner Veronika Pázmányová.
