Glatzova & Co. provided comprehensive legal advice to SMART Bonds, a company from the SMART Capital group, in connection with a public bond programme worth up to CZK 5 billion. The Czech National Bank approved the base prospectus for the bond programme on 7 October 2020 and the decision came into legal force on 9 October 2020. The legal team of Glatzova & Co. was led by partner Libor Němec.
