Glatzova & Co. provided comprehensive legal advice to Pale Fire Capital, an investment group of Jan Bárta, Dušan Šenkypl and David Holý, in the acquisition of an 80% share in Mobilní rozhlas, a municipal communication platform. Mobilní rozhlas is the largest comprehensive tool for towns and municipalities to communicate with their citizens. So far, Pale Fire Capital has only owned a minor 10% share. The transaction amount was in the range of higher tens of millions of Czech crowns. The Glatzova & Co. team was led by partner Jiří Sixta and counsel Lucie Regecová.
