Vlastnické právo ke stavbě na více pozemcích aneb stále není jasno.

Ani po více jak pěti letech od účinnosti občanského zákoníku[1] stále není vyjasněna problematika týkající se vlastnictví stavby[2] stojící na více pozemcích více vlastníků. Tato situace však v praxi není tak neobvyklá, jak by se na první pohled mohlo zdát.
