We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jan Peřinka to the position of Managing Associate. This promotion, effective as of 1 January 2026, recognizes his expertise, professional approach and contribution to our clients.
Jan Peřinka has been with Glatzová & Co. since 2017, when he joined the firm as a junior associate. Over time, he progressed to the position of associate and has become an integral part of our transactional team. In his practice, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and general commercial legal services.
