Glatzová & Co. represented the development company VABU INVEST s.r.o. in the acquisition of 100 % of shares in Synergy Capital a.s. Synergy Capital is the owner of land in Prague’s Modřany district, where a modern and extensive residential project is to be developed. Our work included comprehensive transaction advisory services and preparation of all related transaction agreements, including negotiation of the documentation with the financing bank. We also assisted in negotiating the planning agreement with the relevant municipal district, which will lead to the project's implementation. The transaction was also interesting due to the unconventional method of settling part of the purchase price. The team was led by partner Erik Kolan in cooperation with associate Lucie Mach. Erik Kolan said about the transaction: "We thank the client, the seller, and all involved parties for their good and efficient cooperation, with the transaction being successfully negotiated and settled during the hot summer days in a relatively short time.
