Comprehensive legal advisory to Pale Fire Capital group in establishing an investment company

Glatzová & Co. successfully advised Pale Fire Capital group in obtaining the license of the Czech National Bank (CNB) for the alternative fund manager authorized to exceed the so-called decision-making limit. The CNB's decision granting the license became legally effective on April 29, 2024. The CNB also approved Mr Dušan Šenkypl and Mr Petr Krajíček to serve as the key directors of the alternative fund manager. Our legal advisory included a comprehensive setup and preparation of the management and controlling system of the alternative fund manager, preparation of the application for the license including all necessary attachments and documents, and representation of the client in the licensing proceedings before the CNB.
