Glatzova & Co. provided comprehensive legal services to the Pale Fire Capital investment group in its acquisition of a majority stake in Aukro, which operates the auction portal of the same name. In addition to negotiating the terms of sale with the original partners, the legal team led by Jan Veselý helped to set the future management model for the company, whose Leverage Technology fund remains a second partner.
