Vit Horacek appointed arbiter at CAS
Vit Horacek, a Partner at Glatzová & Co., has been appointed as an arbiter at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) based in Lausanne (www.tas-cas.org).
Vit, a graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University, Prague in 1991, specialises in international private and public law. He also serves as an arbiter at the Arbitration Court of the Commercial Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic. Fluent in a number of languages, he is the author of many expert publications in the areas of international law and arbitration procedures.#
