Development projects present major financing and time demands. Numerous legal issues must be dealt with simultaneously. A typical case encompassing all legal issues was our representation of J&T REAL ESTATE CZ in its development of the Kampa Residence project. Glatzová & Co. prepared the structure of the project, managed investor relations and prepared all project documentation including due diligence of the land, model agreements for sale of apartments, reservation contracts and agreements on future contracts, contracts for work with general contractors and independent suppliers, as well as modifying their involvement in the work.
