Development projects present major financing and time demands. Numerous legal issues must be solved simultaneously. A typical case that encompassed all legal issues was our representation of the HARMONIE GROUP during its completion of several residential projects in Prague and the surrounding area valued at approximately CZK 3.5 billion. Glatzova & Co. prepared the structure of the project, managed investor relations and prepared all project documentation including due diligence of the land, model agreements for sale of apartments, reservation contracts and agreements on future contracts.
