Each of us can find ourselves in a situation where we need help and support. The Glatzová & Co. team is ready to offer a helping hand where it may be needed. We can not save the world, but we can do our part.
Money for Dominik and his sister Lucie to visit the sea
We have collected donations for the abused boy Dominik and his sister Lucie. We have collected CZK 47,000 from our office, which we sent to foundation Naše dítě to be used for a trip to the sea for both children. Perhaps the sea and sun will warm the hearts of these two children and help them overcome everything bad that has happened to them in their life.

The civic association ŽIVOT DĚTEM
We are a proud partner of the civic association ŽIVOT DĚTEM, whose mission is to help sick children in the Czech Republic. In 2010, we gave CZK 50,000 to the association to purchase buy equipment for the Intensive Care Unit Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, and provided legal consulting services of the same value. In 2009 we helped create a 2010 wall calendar. Profits from its sale were invested in building another incubator for the Intensive Care Unit of the Pediatric Clinic of the First Medical Faculty of Charles University in Prague.

The civic association and the Center IZAP Sunflowers
Since 2008 we have worked with the civic association IZAP, which operates the special integrated Slunečnice centre. Sending holiday greeting cards to clients, business partners and friends is a tradition for many Czech firms and offices. At Glatzova & Co. we have decided to go a step further than in previous years. Our Holiday greeting cards were made by employees of the integrated Slunečnice centre, which is operated by the IZAP association for the integration of healthy and disabled children in Zlín.

ADRA, flood relief
ADRA is an international humanitarian organization providing assistance to people in need. ADRA helps in emergencies (natural disasters, wars, etc.) and in long-term development projects (support for education, employment, etc.). Our attorneys provided free legal services to this organization in 2008 and 2009 with a value of more than CZK 1,000,000.
During the floods in the summer of 2009 our people went with ADRA to the worst affected areas near Nový Jičín to be involved with clean up work. Our attorneys split 120,000 CZK between the five most affected families in the village Životice.
