Lukas Nyvlt – New Lead Attorney at Glatzová & Co.
Glatzová & Co. has a new lead attorney, Lukas Nyvlt as of August 1, 2007.
Lukas completed a Masters degree in Law at Charles University, Prague in 2000. He has been with Glatzova & Co. since 1997.
Lukas’s practice focuses on real estate, public tenders, construction law, and arbitration proceedings. Significant past projects include acting as legal counsel to one of the largest universities in the Czech Republic in connection with the construction of a new university campus. He has been a key member of many pre-investment due diligence teams and has solid experience advising on corporate, administrative, and general commercial law issues. In 2005, Lukas spent six months with the leading Dutch law firm DeBrauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam.
Lukas is a member of the real estate, utilities, and procedural law teams at Glatzová & Co. He speaks Czech and English.
