Leniency has no support in any law in the Czech Republic, says Vladimíra Glatzová in Euro weekly
Vladimíra Glatzová, partner of the law office, wrote in the Euro weekly no. 28/2009 about the principles of the leniency program around the world and in the Czech Republic.

The leniency tool offers every participant of a cartel agreement impunity from or at least a reduction of fines if it confesses to being a part of the cartel, thereby enabling recourse of the other participants. Vladimíra Glatzová in her article says that the Czech Republic lacks legislation for harmonising the Anti-monopoly Office’s actions with European competition authorities.
