Lawyers from G&Co. assisted itelligence AG with buying of Sapcon shares
A few days ago, the association itelligence AG successfully purchased a package of shares from the Czech consulting association, SAPCON. Legal services were provided by Glatzova & Co.
The law firm Glatzova & Co., in cooperation with the Düsseldorf branch of law firm FRESHFIELDS BRUCKHAUS DERINGER LLP, provided legal services to the itelligence AG association, the leading provider of complex services in the field of information technology in SAP, during the purchase of 51% of shares in the Czech consulting association for the product SAP, SAPCON a.s. The remaining 49% of shares of SAPCON a.s. were in favour of options established by itelligence AG. Associates Martin Dančišin and Marie Janšová handled the transaction.
