Jan Lehký, attorney of G&Co. named a member of the group Legislation ARTN
Jan Lehký, an attorney at Glatzova & Co., will participate in activities of the working group Legislation under the Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN).
Attorney Jan Lehký came to Glatzova & Co. in September this year. He specialises in Real Estate. As a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, he will participate in activities of the working group Legislation under the Association for Real Estate Market Development starting in December 2008.
Jan Lehký graduated from the Law Faculty of West Bohemian University in Plzen in 2001, and has been an associate since autumn 2005. In his previous practice he worked as an attorney in law firm Žižka & spol., where he specialised on setting up companies and investment funds for qualified investors. In addition, he specialised in real estate, focusing on developing residential projects, and arbitration and litigation. He joined Glatzova & Co. from the law firm Tomsa & spol., where he specialised in real estate in connection with acquisition of real estates with subsequent development, including setting-up contractual relations during construction and lease law related to leasing non-resedential premises in leading Czech logistic, business and office centers. Jan Lehký speaks Czech and English languages.
