Glatzová & Co. scored a success in representing a leading supplier of technological systems and structures for livestock farming in a litigation concerning voidability of a de-merger plan. Our law office has successfully utilised its hard-earned knowledge and experience regarding disputes over the voidability of corporate transformation projects. With reference to the less-known decisions of higher courts, we managed to defend our client against an action to challenge a juridical act, which aimed to challenge its transformation. The team was led by Mgr. Jindřich Král, a partner specialising in corporate law and restructuring, who co-operated with Mgr. Petr Mundl, attorney-at-law specialising in litigation and insolvency.
