15 years ago, on April 1, 1994, Vladimíra Glatzová founded Glatzová & Co., which would soon become one of the leading law firms on the Czech market. Practically from the beginning, Vladimíra was supported by other two partners, Vít Horáček and Dana Schweigelová. Today the law firm has six partners (Jiří Sixta, Jindřich Jelínek and Martin Dančišin since 2008 and 2009) and employs almost sixty people.
Editors of the quarterly E-právo talked to Vladimíra Glatzová about her approach to clients, the law firm, profession and life.
