Euro: Civil Procedure Act – acceleration of proceedings
Martin Krechler from the law office of Glatzova & Co. explains in the weekly Euro no. 37/2009 how the comprehensive amendment of the Civil Procedure Act simplifies and accelerates judicial proceedings.
On July 1, 2009, law no. 7/2009 Sb.– the so-called comprehensive amendment of the Civil Procedure Act – went into effect. Except for new adjustments to delivery, especially the institution of data boxes, it brings small changes in the functioning of the Civil Procedure that should simplify judicial proceedings and prevent delays.
