Martin Dančišin and Lukáš Nývlt were named Arbitrators of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber and Agricultural Chamber
Associates Martin Dančišin and Lukáš Nývlt from Glatzova & Co. were appointed as arbitrators of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
JUDr. Martin Dančišin is a partner at Glatzova & Co. where he has worked since 2004. He graduated from the Law faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2000. His specialisation is in restructuring and insolvency, real estate, banking and finance.
Mgr. Lukáš Nývlt is a Senior Associate at Glatzova & Co. where he has worked since 1997. He graduated from the Law faculty of Charles University in 2000. His practice deals primarily with arbitration and litigation issues including arbitration proceedings, utilities and related areas and public tenders.
