KKCG Industry signs a settlement agreement with David Beran and aquires 5% of VÍTKOVICE HOLDING with the assistance of Glatzová & Co.
Vít Horáček and Lukáš Nývlt from Glatzová & Co. advised KKCG Industry and Karel Komárek in a long-standing dispute with David Beran over a 50% shares of VÍTKOVICE Holding, which has now come to a close.
KKCG Industry, which includes the financial and investment group KKCG, has become owner of 5% of VÍTKOVICE HOLDING. At the same time KKCG Industry acquired all rights and claims of David Beran related to a 45% shares of VÍTKOVICE HOLDING. KKCG Industry, along with Karel Komárek, have signed a settlement agreement with David Beran and his group of companies, which also includes payment of financial compensation. Many years of litigation between KKCG Industry and David Beran are now over.
