Jana Šetřilová, Libor Němec and Jana Křížová strengthen Glatzova & Co. team
The Glatzova & Co. team has three new colleagues as of the beginning of April, associates Jana Šetřilová and Libor Němec, and junior associate Jana Křížová.
Mgr. Jana Šetřilová, an associate, will support our team providing services for the automotive industry. She specialises in business law of obligation, business contract law, commercial law, and arbitration & litigation. She graduated from the Law faculty of Charles University in Prague in 2005 and also studied at the Law faculty of Utrecht University in Netherlands. She previously worked in the law firm Císař, Češka, Smutný a spol, where she worked from 2005. She speaks Czech, English and conversational French.
JUDr. Libor Němec, an associate, will support the banking and financial law team. He specialises in banking & finance with a focus on regulation of financial markets and arbitration & litigation. He received his master of law from the Law faculty of Charles University in Prague in 2003 and his doctorate in 2005. He previously worked in the law firm Clifford Chance LLP, where he worked from 2007. He is a member of the National Bank Appeal Committee. He speaks Czech, English and conversational German.
Mgr. Jana Křížová, a junior associate, will focus on labour law and providing general commercial services. She graduated from Charles University in Prague in 2009 and comes to Glatzova & Co. from the law firm Valentová - Fifková – Švára, where she worked from 2008. She speaks Czech, English and German.
