13. 11. 2008, workshop: SAVE YOUR CLIENT or SOLUTIONS TO BUSINESS DISPUTES IN PRACTICE
Under the ELSA Legal Workshop projects, students attending the law faculties in Prague, Plzen, Brno and Olomouc have the opportunity to meet attorneys from our firm in a workshop called „SAVE YOUR CLIENT or SOLUTIONS TO BUSINESS DISPUTES IN PRACTICE“. This all-day workshop, lead by two of our Senior Associates, Lukáš Nývlt a Marie Janšová, will take place on Tuesday, October 21 in Brno and on Thursday, November 13 in Prague.

SAVE YOUR CLIENT or SOLUTION TO BUSINESS DISPUTES IN PRACTICE

Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague
ANNOTATION:
A practical seminar apprising the participants of possible procedures for solving client business disputes. We will demonstrate how to prevent disputes during contract preparation, how to analyse already existing conflicts and propose the most suitable solutions with regard to possible legal and economic impact. We will also deal with preparing and initiating litigation. Participants will get a unique opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge to resolving topical cases from actual law practice, all under the supervision of our experienced attorneys. The workshop is intended for students in their 4th and 5th year.
