Glatzova & Co. provided comprehensive legal services to the company Perfect Canteen managed by Filip Sajler and his partners with the sale of its majority stake to the Holding Hopi. Transaction value was on the scale of lower units of hundreds millions Czech Koruna. Transaction included negotiation on complicated option rights system and setting future management model for the company. The legal team was led by founding partner Vladimíra Glatzová supported by attorney Nela Čekalová.
