Our claim to fame...
In spring 2007, the Czech Anti-Monopoly Office imposed an unprecedented fine of CZK 1 billion on sixteen international engineering companies for their involvement in an alleged cartel agreement. Glatzova & Co. represented two of the penalised companies of the FUJI group and initiated a judicial review of the Anti-Monopoly Office decision. Based on this, the Brno Regional Court handed down a crucial decision cancelling the Anti-Monopoly Office’s decision and ordering a refund of the billion crown fine.
