One of the most closely observed commercial law disputes in recent years is the dispute between KKCG Industry B.V., belonging to a group controlled by Karel Komárek, and David Beran and Jan Světlík regarding ownership of shares in VÍTKOVICE HOLDING. In this dispute concerning property with a value exceeding CZK 5 billion we represent KKCG Industry B.V. and have protected our client’s interests throughout all phases of the dispute before arbitration and ordinary courts. In addition, we represented RPG Industries SE in its dispute with the Ministry of Finance regarding disposal of the biggest portfolio of flats in the Czech Republic (about 40 000 dwellings) belonging to a single owner.
